The staff, especially Signora Sara, radiated warmth, making our stay enjoyable. Our room was cozy and modern, with great lighting and a well-maintained bathroom that had all essentials. I particularly appreciated having multiple pillow options—a thoughtful touch that ensured a restful sleep.

Soundproofing needs serious work. walls are paper-thin, allowing conversations and noise from adjacent rooms to disrupt any quiet moments. WiFi only available in common areas, making it inconvenient for anyone relying on connectivity during their stay. The air conditioning issues left rooms uncomfortably hot, and maintenance didn't seem to address it promptly. The bathroom had a stale odor, and some dirt and mold were visible around the shower, reducing overall comfort.
